Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Some products may be produced and shipped by different suppliers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Aces & Anchor LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@acesandanchor.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or ships.

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, email contact@acesandanchor.com with your order number and photographs when applicable so we can help resolve the issue.
